Rohit is directing Dilwale while Farah will be choreographing the song for Shah Rukh, in which he features with Kajol.
Shah Rukh and Rohit have earlier delivered mega successful film Chennai Express in 2013. The film also starred actress Deepika Padukone. Back then Farah had choreographed Deepika and SRK in the song Titli. Chennai Express combined elaborate action sequences with several dramedy scenes.
On the other hand, Shah Rukh and Farah’s friendship dates back to the former’s Kabhi Haan Kabhi Naa days, where Farah first met SRK. And the rest as they say is history. Farah made her debut as a director in 2004 with Main Hoon Na, in which Shah Rukh played the lead role.
Her second movie Om Shanti Om also featured Shah Rukh in the lead, and marked Deepika’s debut in the film industry.
Although their relationship had reportedly soiled over Farah’s husband, Shirish Kunder but the issue was sorted and the ‘good friends’ went on to film Happy New Year together, which released in 2014.
The much-awaited Dilwale will also see Shah Rukh and Kajol reuniting on celluloid after 2010’s My Name is Khan.(Also Read: Shah Rukh Khan Takes a Selfie With Kajol’s Mother in Iceland)
