Mr Mubarakai, who moved to Australia from India (Subcontinent Heritage) in late 1997, and have lived in the area for 20 years and over that time have built up successful small businesses. Yaz is the owner of the Success Post Office along with the Majestic India and Café Royal at Cockburn Central.

Yaz Mubarakai, believes that Jandakot needed a strong local voice in the State Parliament. Now, I am here to listen to you and genuinely represent all residents.
